Refund Policy for Digital Goods and Courses

Refund Process: To start a return, you can contact us at info@academieonglesdw.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 634 Boul. du Curé-Boivin, Boisbriand, QC, J7G 2A7, Canada. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital Goods - Complete Clientele Bootcamp and Canva Templates: Digital goods, such as the Complete Clientele Bootcamp and Canva templates, are considered consumable, and purchases are final. No refunds are possible for these products. We encourage you to thoroughly review the descriptions and demos before purchasing to ensure that these products meet your needs.

Professional Courses: For professional courses, refunds are only authorized if the request is made within 30 days of enrollment, and/or the first lesson of the second module inclusively has not been started. Courses are considered consumed once the first lesson of the second module has begun.

Starter Kits: Starter kits for certain professional courses can be returned if they have not been opened, provided that the return is requested within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the kit, we will verify its condition. If the kit has not been opened and meets the return criteria, we will proceed with the refund of the associated course. It's important to note that the starter kit and the course are considered an inseparable package. Thus, if the kit is returned but the course has been started, or vice versa, no refund will be issued.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@academieonglesdw.com.
