ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that access to professional nail courses requires the signing of a waiver, acknowledging the assumption of risks associated with using nail products at home. If you are not comfortable with the terms outlined in the waiver, contact us promptly at info@academieonglesdw.com to cancel your order before shipping to avoid additional fees.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over 149$ within Canada.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Belgium, France. At this time, we do not ship to other countries.
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. OnglesDW is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number to check its status. Allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@academieonglesdw.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
